OpenVitals turns your Google Health data into ~60 MCP tools any AI can use — Claude, ChatGPT, Cursor, Cline. Ask "how did I sleep this week vs last?" or "am I hitting my protein target?" and get answers from your real heart, sleep, activity, glucose, nutrition and workout data. It's self-hosted: read-only Google scopes via your own free OAuth client, everything in a local SQLite file, nothing uploaded anywhere. Runs on a spare laptop or a Pi. Node 22+, MIT licensed, no subscription.
