Fleet Swarm is an AI-agent system that automates vehicle breakdown handling over WhatsApp — no app install needed. When a vehicle breaks down, the driver just messages on WhatsApp: AI diagnoses the issue (including from photos), finds the nearest repair hub via Google Maps, gets vendor quotes, and routes manager approval — all in chat.
