Work Skill for Codex

Work is a Luna-based skill for Codex. The lead breaks work into focused pieces, delegates them to specialists, brings the changes back together, and owns implementation. I’ve been seeing much better results with this setup. Recent pricing changes also make Luna Max practical for the lead, while delegated work stays bounded.
