The Vault is a no-coddle CBT "Socratic mirror" in a single HTML file. A small LLM runs entirely on your device (WebGPU, CPU fallback), keeps nothing, sends nothing — no server, no account, no analytics. You type what's going on; it reflects it back, names the distortion, offers a reframe. Built for people who can't or won't reach mental healthcare. Open source (GPL v3).
