Syngraphe

Syngraphe keeps repository context in a small, Git-native `.context/` directory of Markdown shared by both humans and coding agents, while AGENTS.md points agents to it. It separates stable project knowledge, current state, decisions and history. While the CLI adds initialization, integrity checks, context stats, document helpers, monorepo support and a GitHub Action. Open source, no database, cloud or lock-in. And it's repo/harness agnostic: the context still makes sense even without Syngraphe.
