Shipment Investigator

Shipment Investigator helps sort-center teams investigate lost and missorted parcels from a single AWB. It traces operational scans, opens the relevant CCTV evidence, and returns the shipment’s last verified location with an evidence trail. The public demo uses simulated WMS/CCTV data; the architecture is designed so facility engineers can connect real WMS, VMS/CCTV, sorter and legacy systems.
