Lean-dev – Teaching AI coding assistants

I built lean-dev, an open-source AI skill for coding assistants like Claude Code, Cursor, ChatGPT, and GitHub Copilot. lean-dev attempts to address : 1. Think Before Coding 2. Simplicity First 3. Surgical Changes 4. Goal-Driven Execution 5. Lean Responses One interesting result during testing was a significant reduction in token usage (often around 75%) while still producing useful outputs.
