Every employee has a Soul (its constitution), Skills (playbooks), and Routines (scheduled work) — all plain markdown you can read, edit and version. They work where your team works: channels, tasks, docs, tables, CRM and double-entry books. Sensitive actions pause for human approval, and every run leaves a record of what changed. MIT licensed.
