FlowState QSR

Restaurant crews run on group texts, whiteboards, and paper logs. FlowState replaces all of it: station line-ups, scheduling, availability and time off, temperature logs, checklists, and team chat in one app, on the phones your crew already carries. I run two restaurants and built this because I was the software. The weekly meeting lived in a notebook. The goals lived on a whiteboard that got wiped. One flat price per location, every teammate included, English and Spanish throughout.
