Task-specific instructions your agent loads when relevant. ElevenLabs' Procedures feature lets voice agents load task-specific instructions only when relevant, like an employee handbook. It supports free-form procedures (natural-language, adaptive) and structured procedures (fixed step-by-step sequences). Useful for agents handling many distinct tasks, like refunds or identity verification, without bloating the main system prompt. Currently in Alpha.
