Forward an executed TREC contract. CloseClerk sends back every deadline with the contract language it came from, and nothing goes to anyone until you reply "confirmed". Then it runs the file: intros to title, lender and the other agent with a wire-fraud warning, document chases on business days, 48-hour warnings and a Monday status email. $99 per file, charged only when it closes.
